Therapeutic Focus

Neurodegeneration needs programs with clear biology, measurable outcomes, and pragmatic trial paths. We prioritize assets where proof of mechanism and proof of concept can be demonstrated efficiently, without betting the company on a decade-long timeline.
Rare indications reward focus. Smaller, well-defined patient populations can enable faster signal detection and more capital-efficient development. We look for programs with objective endpoints, clear regulatory routes, and a path to meaningful differentiation.
Oncology is crowded. So we don’t chase “me-too” stories. We target assets with a sharp hypothesis, a biomarker-driven strategy, and a trial design built to generate decision-grade data that partners can underwrite.
Sometimes the value is already there, but it is blocked. We evaluate assets that were shelved for non-science reasons (portfolio shifts, funding changes, strategy resets) and rebuild a lean development plan to reach proof of concept and unlock partnering optionality.
